Bait and switch I first researched this dealership online. The internet sales person, Kelsi starts a text with me which is fine. When I text her to mention that I’m c I first researched this dealership online. The internet sales person, Kelsi starts a text with me which is fine. When I text her to mention that I’m coming in to see their cars I get told to ask for “Dante”. I never see this Dante. I get passed to Darnel who takes me to the cars I’m looking at. While he is getting the key for my test drive he starts talking to a couple who are looking also. Darnel passes me over to a nice lot maintenance guy who can’t answer my questions about the car I’m test driving. When I get back I get passed over to John Moore (most likely NOT related to Bob Moore) who slowly puts an offer together on a more expensive car. I am then told that if I qualify for the special finance rate that I will be giving up $2500 in rebates. By then I was soo done. I asked them to shred my paperwork and left. I cannot express how difficult it has been to get updates on the status of the vehicle. The sales lady Lauren quit returning my calls after about a week. The service shop was extremely rude to me when I called to try and get an update, especially when I stated that I wanted to just come pick it up so that I could go on the vacation I scheduled for my family. They have been working on the a/c since I bought it. This dealership, though Kia, is in the same group as a Ram dealership, yet somehow it is beyond these people to get an air conditioner fixed in a reasonable timeframe. I have gotten the same excuse about the lack of return calls “we have the wrong phone number for you.” To which I explain, that’s why I leave you the correct number with every single message. (The reason they have the wrong number is because the salesperson was sloppy and put the wrong information in the system, which I corrected repeatedly through the buying process). It has been a month, and I still don’t have my vehicle to drive. More

I have never been more wrong in my life. I have no idea what has happened to this business in the past 3 years, but someone needs to right this ship before it sinks. It's easy for me to see why employee turnover is so high here: I imagine management lies to employees as much as they lie to customers. Deceptive, shady, and just driving past the place makes me feel like I need a shower. The place is so dead it makes a mausoleum seem busy--wasn't like that a few years ago--my guess is it has something to do with the reason why it's suddenly getting a ton of bad reviews. Incidentally? They still owe me money. And a half a tank of gas. More

I got exactly what I was looking for and they were extremely helpful and patient! I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family. Very poor service department/ Randy, Weatherford, Ok Made an appointment to have a simple oil and filter change at the dealership. Told the service person I had to be done by 2:45 pm. as I had to pick up grandkids from school 30 minutes away. Was told that I would be in and out in about an hour and my appointment was set at 1:30 pm. At 2:42 pm I walk up to the desk concerned that I had not been called to get the car. At 2:50 pm I see my car going up on the lift for them to start the oil change. I told the service person that if that was my car to forget the oil change as I had to be going as I told him repeatedly when I scheduled the appointment and when I left the car with him. I wasn't the only one. Two other people where told that their vehicle would not be ready. I live in Weatherford, Ok and drove about 75minutes to have this done. Could have saved myself about 2 hours. No reason for the service manager to not to have at least been on top of the techs, or at the very least tell me they weren't going to be able to do it and at least get me out of there on time. I originally purchase the car from Bob Moore Kia in Edmond. Service there was always good. Even when Kyle Hill took over the dealership the service was good through out their time. Very disappointing and inconsiderate of a customer who told them the situation up front. I was looking to purchase a new Kia with Shane who was very helpful. However, no service, no sale. Service is what keeps me coming back to a dealership. Service department doesn't have a clue. Too bad, I really like Kia's. More
