We bought an SUV (CX-9), and the experience was so p However, we purchased two new vehicles from Bob Moore Mazda in 2012, and had a great experience. We bought an SUV (CX-9), and the experience was so painless that we returned a few months later to buy a car (CX3). Therefore, when it was time to trade the 2012 SUV in for a newer model, we went right back to Bob Moore. We made an initial visit, and a salesman named Lyle kindly showed us several models and did a workup on a trade-in amount for our car. A few weeks later, we had decided to trade the 2012 CX9 instead, for a 2021 CX5. Lyle showed us the various models in stock and discussed their options. We settled on a specific unit, and the dealership's sales manager, Chris, worked up the amount we would receive for our trade-in and presented the total we would pay for the new SUV. Everything was efficient and friendly. No pressure at any time!! We went to Robert's office to settle the account. He showed us the various options for extended warranties, and we paid cash for the total amount. They gave us a loaner for overnight use. During that time, they did a detailing job that was superb and readied it for the road. It was shined to a gloss, immaculately cleaned, and it is the most beautiful vehicle we have ever owned. Lyle went over all of the new features. Chris and Lyle thanked us for our business, and we proudly drove away in this splendid new SUV. The salespeople are trustworthy and helpful, the selection is great, and the process was smooth. What more could a potential buyer ask for? Well, there is the service aspect. Connor in the service department goes out of his way to take care of any needs. He ensures that your problems are solved rapidly. I also want to point out a salesman named Dale, who was friendly and helpful. In short, we'll go back when it's time to trade another vehicle in!! More

Lyle Layden was awesome from start to finish. I was interested in a particular Mazda MX5 in the showroom, he literally moved the car I was interested in out of the showroom for me to test drive! We drove around for a bit, when we returned to the dealership Lyle explained all the features on what the car had to offer. Then what I thought would be stressful in car negotiations was not stressful at all...negotiations went smooth and I was driving out of the parking lot in my new Mazda MX5. Lyle Layden was a very personable and knowledgable representative of Bob Moore Mazda. I have had excellent experience with Mazdas but had intended to buy a Nissan. Just by chance I looked at Mazda, representative of Bob Moore Mazda. I have had excellent experience with Mazdas but had intended to buy a Nissan. Just by chance I looked at Mazda, and from the time Lyle opened the door for me until the sale was complete, I had the best experience (out of many) I've had getting information about the car, getting financing, and chatting whenever there was a break. Lyle was wonderful and extremely helpful during such a stressful time. Terry and staff was a pleasure to work with. I bought a used car and had them ship it to my house 3 states over for a great price. Due to the distance Terry worked with me allowing time for a Pre-purchase used car and had them ship it to my house 3 states over for a great price.
