Above and Beyond I brought my Murano in a couple of times related to what felt was a transmission issue. The computer did not show a fault code either time. The thir I brought my Murano in a couple of times related to what felt was a transmission issue. The computer did not show a fault code either time. The third time I had detailed documentation as to when the problem almost always happened and Anthony had the supervisor hook up a computer to the car and take it for a drive at the speeds that caused the transmission problem. During the drive there were issues and the fault code was recorded by the computer. At that point, both Bob Moore and Nissan took care of me and within 24 hours the module had been replaced, transmission flushed and tires balanced and aligned. Because it was a drive train issue and the car only had 32,000 miles on it, the work was done at no cost to me. Thanks More
