"Excellent Customer Service" I do not normally write reviews, but i couldn't pass up the chance to brag about this dealership! It was Thursday and i was just ready to be over with the week. I felt lots of emotions walking into Bob Moore Nissan. Not only about the unknown, but i was purchasing my 16 yr old son a vehicle for his birthday. As many know this is not an easy task! I had the best experience with Kevin Flores. I have to say THE BEST!!! He was so patient and took the time i needed to make my decision. Kevin even went above and beyond and we took a trip to Mustang High School to surprise my son at lunch. :) (we even ate lunch at Sonic) Who does that for a customer?!! By the time the day ended i had made a choice for my son. It was a smooth process and so stress free. The entire staff worked so diligently to make it work and we drove away happy customers.
