The car was so new to their lot that it hadn't even been detailed yet, but they still showed it to us without hesitation! They were very upfront and honest about all of the car information and prices and easily negotiated with us and genuinely wanted to meet our needs as much as they could. The buying process was also very easy, they had everything set up well and took care of things in a timely manner. They also followed up with us and made sure the car was doing well. Overall they made sure we were well taken care of, even down to the very detail of offering us some coffee while we waited to sign papers! More

Awesome! Really value the customer. While traveling from NE to TX our A.C. suddenly quit. Googled nearest Nissan dealer & 8 miles away was Bob Howard Nissan, Edmund, OK. Started service While traveling from NE to TX our A.C. suddenly quit. Googled nearest Nissan dealer & 8 miles away was Bob Howard Nissan, Edmund, OK. Started service ticket at 1223p at 205pm we were fixed, cooling & on our way with NO CHARGE. Professional, pleasant, even let us bring our 2 large dogs into the waiting area (91 outside). So nice to be treated quickly & respectfully. Definitely provided old fashioned true customer service. More
