As soon as I walked through the door, three employees greeted me, and asked me how they could help me. I told them I was looking for William Avila. They pointed me in his direction. Then he said, "I have the perfect one for you." And so he did. A 2013 Nissan Versa, he even went on the test drive with me. I probably wasted 5 hours of his day but he was courteous, thoughtful, and he never made me feel obligated to say yes to anything. The staff offered us food and drinks, and once I signed the paper work, they all came around, shook my hand, and said congratulations. I was very pleased with Bob Moore Nissan of Norman, and with William Avila, who if I might add, was pretty easy on the eyes as well. I never thought at 22 I'd have a new car. Thank you. More

I had a great experience and got a great deal on a 2008 Nissan Rogue and they were able to get me a better rate on my loan than I had been approved for through my credit union! I was very impressed and happy with the service. I had to take my car into the dealership within the first couple months of my purchase for an issue with the way my car was handling, but the service department fit me right in, quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered a part and had my car fixed within a few days. They were friendly, knowledgeable, always followed up, and gave me the best service. Good job guys. This was my wife's 1st new car. Everyone was very patient and helpful and went out of their way to assist with making the decision on which car to buy (so many cool cars to choose from!).
