Elizabeth Sanchez was awesome, no pressure, allowed me and my husband plenty of time to discuss and overall was very pleasant to work with. Robert Walker was also very efficient and the financing part was exceptional. The only issue I downgraded the rating was for the presentation of my trade in. We knew my trade in car was in excellent condition.. the first offer was low balled to say the least. When we questioned, the answer was "we don't necessarily pay attention to Kelly Blue Book". He then came back with printouts of the value of my car with condition as fair or average. I found this insulting. Nonetheless we got to the price I wanted to pay for new car and I agreed to the trade in value. A few days later I checked your website to see what price and condition you listed my trade in. Interestingly enough, "EXCELLENT CONDITION". Exactly as I knew. This rubbed me the wrong way. Be honest. My car was in excellent condition so please don't try and convince a customer otherwise. Being honest and saying your car is in excellent condition, and we can pay you XXXX. This tactic is why I have my anxiety about car dealerships. I've been a business woman for years and honesty will prove beneficial every time. More
