Bob Penkhus Mazda at Powers

This is the second time when I brought my car for oil change and after that it created oil leak. The first time I had to pay 900 ish for fix after Bob penkus changed my oil. I went there last month for o change and after that it created oil leak. The first time I had to pay 900 ish for fix after Bob penkus changed my oil. I went there last month for oil change then after a week my oil leak again. I brought my car to other car service to see what is wrong. And they fixed it they said Bob Penkus put a crappy washer/screw that’s why my oil was leaking. More

Apparently my service person was called away and no one let me know nor anyone picked up the ball.… So This time a simple oil change took two hours. Five minutes later my car was ready … apparently it had been done for quite a while but no one cared enough to cover for their colleague and tell me. Extremely bad teamwork. More
