He does not pressure you, is fair and transparent, was incredibly helpful and went way over and beyond during the entire buying process. Which was greatly appreciated and saved lots of time in the car buying process. I highly recommend anyone using him and going to AutoNation Mazda!

I purchased my 2nd car from this dealer and up to that point I had no complaints. However, after purchasing the 2nd car for $40k, I learned they don't include the SDNav card. So I purchased an after market bcuz of the stupid amount Mazda charges for theirs. I needed to update the Nav card but was unable to do so myself. I called Mazda and they said sure they can do it, just bring it in. I took it in, and they told me no, we can't update it, but you can buy a new Mazda one. This will be the last Mazda we purchase from Bob Penkhus.
