Please note current situation below: After a year long battle trying to get warranties canceled and monies refunded, Bob Penkhus has complied with their promi current situation below: After a year long battle trying to get warranties canceled and monies refunded, Bob Penkhus has complied with their promises and all monies have been accounted for and returned appropriately. There seems to be some turnover in sales management that created the issue. The general manager of the south location became very engaged (Sevan) and resolved the issue. Other than this, my experience with Bob Penkhus Mazda Powers was good. There were a few issues with the sale that had been resolved and the salesman made some promises that were unreliable. But overall, I love my Mazda. More
