Bob Pion Buick GMC

I went into this dealership to test drive a GMC terrain. I told the sales person that I spoke to that I would be considering the truck for a company vehicle. He said that since I wouldn't be buying the tru I told the sales person that I spoke to that I would be considering the truck for a company vehicle. He said that since I wouldn't be buying the truck from him that he would not allow me to drive any of his new vehicles. I explained to him that he was the closest dealership to me and I wanted to see what the four-cylinder engine drove like. He again refused and then told me that he only let's people that will potentially buy a vehicle from him to drive his cars. I told him that I would only drive it for a few miles to test the engine. He again said that they do not sell fleet vehicles and therefore would not let me drive the truck. I then asked to see his manager. He said that he was the manager. I commented on his poor customer service and I regretfully made a derogatory comment about car sales managers. Then he told me he was actually the owner. You would think that would make him care more about representing the GMC brand better. I'll never go there again. More

I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership almost a month ago. Late yesterday afternoon I noticed I had a brake light not working. I stopped there to make an appointment for the next day to have it rep month ago. Late yesterday afternoon I noticed I had a brake light not working. They did it on the spot, as they told me that was a serious safety issue and they wanted it fixed right away....fifteen minutes later...on my way!! Very friendly, efficient and effective. A lot of people can sell, but I feel that the service after the sale is what counts most, and so far Pion's has earned an A+ from me. Please keep up the good job! More
