We dont normally enjoy buying a new car but this dealership made things very easy & painfree. We enjoyed working with Karim who went out of his way for us in the little details. I bought a 2015 Subaru Forester in April of 2025 outright for $12,000 then 30 days after purchasing they said I needed a new control valve body which I paid over $3,000 and they flushed all my fluids. 7 mont for $12,000 then 30 days after purchasing they said I needed a new control valve body which I paid over $3,000 and they flushed all my fluids. 7 months later in December of 2025 I took it to Bob Rohrman because of a dash light being thrown while on a long drive. I took it into the shop and they didn’t see the code that was throne. When I left, 7 minutes down the road every light came on the dash. I brought it back to Bob Rohrman and they read the code. 3 technicians were looking at my vehicle. Then a service writer came to me and told me that I needed to take it to Subaru because they didn’t want to put their hands in it and “guess what’s wrong.” Then they made me drive my vehicle out of the service area knowing there were issues deep in my transmission. While traveling to Subaru my car took a serious toll and was shuddering and unsafe to be in. Upon inspection at Subaru it was said that I needed a whole new transmission that would cost $9,000 and they said that my vehicle did not have the correct amount of transmission fluid and there was no leaks. Meaning that Bob Rohrman did not fill it correctly. I was supposed to have a meeting to discuss more with the general manager Friday at 4:30 and he was not there. I was told he was supposed to call me Saturday morning and I did not receive a phone call. Within 8 months of purchase I was out over $15,000. I have still not been called or answered for 3 days since the initial meeting and call were supposed to take place. More

Ok this is the 3rd time I wrote a review and I didn’t get it sent. This is how adamant I am to get this done because it’s very important . Never had we had a bad experience , but this I have to say was the most smooth and easy going experience . On top of the place being so busy with people there getting vehicles , and it was amazing to see. We did a trade in and wow !! I couldn’t be more happy and pleased with my newer CRV. I always highly recommend for people to try driving a Honda. One friend actually did purchase one a few months back . I had just reached out through a text and Mike Reep quickly responded back . Was very patient with me because I just wasn’t sure what I wanted or could do to trade . Long story short, my husband and I went there to drive the one and only vehicle we were interested in. Mike had it sitting right there up front for when we arrived . The place was hopin, we test drove it and of course I was in love !! We got back after test drive and the deal was on! Fast and smoothly. Other deals were going on , Mike had gotten on the phone and contacted Nathan Bush on his day off to see if he could come in and help speed the process up so that we wouldn’t have to spend hours waiting . Nathan was happy and bubbly and worked with us and went over all the paperwork and extended warranty’s . He didn’t even act a bit upset or anything for coming in on his day off . I just love these 2 guys !! Both very patient and willing to help with questions and Mike made sure to explain to me all the gadgets in the car that I had no idea what what what. Checked in even days later to see how I was liking my new ride . My husband and I are so happy great full and blessed. We have to drive by the dealership every morning as my husband has been going for radiation, but we both had our eye on my CRV and neither one knew it! I just researched it and send a text and the rest is history !! These 2 gentlemen deserve recognition and a steak dinner or something special because I can guarantee that every customer that comes in is treated the same as I was . More
