I just went for wiper blade replacement and get screw on license plate and remove the plate. The representative did not tell me there was going to be labor charges to replace a wiper blade… really!!! And la license plate and remove the plate. The representative did not tell me there was going to be labor charges to replace a wiper blade… really!!! And labor will be more than wiper blade itself. To have them replace license plate for $140 dollars an hour, and i was like no thank you! More

Service department was friendly and prompt. Over the years I called in and talked to a service person and it has always been positive. I recently called in to schedule a service appointment and Over the years I called in and talked to a service person and it has always been positive. I recently called in to schedule a service appointment and ended up talking to an automated system which was highly frustrating. I sincerely hope I can always talk directly with an advisor in the future. If not I have other options to have my service done. During my last visit I was also frustrated with the waiting area. The seating was tight, and the vending machines were out of order. I wanted a water for my wife and had no options. I recently lived in Ohio and serviced my vehicles at Hinderer Honda in Heath. Their waiting area was perfect, welcoming, and offered free snacks and drinks.. Would suggest you benchmark them. More
