We had a very positive experience at Bob Rohrman Honda. We'd located a car we were interested in via cars.com and the Rohrman sales team was quick to communicate back with us. Shout out to Chris Sarkkinen We'd located a car we were interested in via cars.com and the Rohrman sales team was quick to communicate back with us. Shout out to Chris Sarkkinen who sent us two video tours of the car that he personally recorded to answer our questions. This was especially helpful since we live 2 hours away from Lafayette. Sark was low pressure, helpful, and patient. Though the sales manager was unwilling to deal on the price of the car, we found that to be understandable since the price they were asking was excellent to begin with. We also appreciated receiving a gift bag of gourmet candy and carmel corn as we left and that Sark followed up twice in the days after to see if we had questions or concerns. Buying a used car always seems like a risk, but I recommend Bob Rohrman Honda as a trustworthy business. More

While the advisor was very nice and pleasant. The actual service was overpriced and subpar. I had extensive service performed on my vehicle in a different state four months earlier, which included changing spark plugs and a brake flush (among other things). I recently moved to the are and after taking dropping my vehicle off to Bob Rohrman Honda less than 4,000 miles later, I received from them recommendations to have new spark plugs installed, a brake flush, and more. I quickly understood that this was a money grab. And I’ve lost any trust to ever return to Bob Rohrman Honda (or any Bob Rohrman dealership) in the future More

The first visit was for a transmission flush and fill. Everything was ok, found the issue of the check engine light.
