I bought new tires at Rohrman Honda about two months ago and have had to return 3 times for additional service on 1 tire that has a slow leak. It appears they may have corrected the problem but the 3 retur and have had to return 3 times for additional service on 1 tire that has a slow leak. It appears they may have corrected the problem but the 3 return trips and many trips to go find an air compressor in the early morning have been frustrating. The 3rd trip was to replace a part on the valve stem that the service technician over tightened. So while Adam did a good job responding to the problem, I feel like the technician working on the tires did not live up to my expectations. An apology and something like a coupon for an free oil change or free rotation would have made me feel better about how Rohrman responded to my lost time and money. More
