I still haven’t received the physical copies of the complete paperwork that was signed. All they did was email me the pdf version of the paperwork. I was told by the salesman Chris White that I would receive the paperwork copies in the mail. When I reached out to the dealership after a month went by to see where the paperwork was, that’s when I was emailed the paperwork instead of receiving it in the mail. For some people I’m sure that’s fine but, it’s important to me to receive the physical copies to keep in my file records. I will also have to get an estimate on the hood of the vehicle to get the damaged area on it buffed out and the hood repainted. I really wish the salesman would have been more transparent and honest with me about the vehicle exterior and interior issues.

No one has contacted me at all as of yet and it shows me that they do t care to either. If I was truly valued as a customer/purchaser, then management would have contacted me right away. But, unfortunately none of them from the dealership or their corporate office have bothered to reach out and make things right with me. All they care about is making the sale regardless of lacking honesty and transparency about the vehicle being purchased.
