The initial contact when I checked out on the internet was quick, but the follow up was lacking. I couldn't come on the day that I was contacted and said I could come in the next day. I called the interne was quick, but the follow up was lacking. I couldn't come on the day that I was contacted and said I could come in the next day. I called the internet person and left a voice mail message, no contact. I texted the sales person has he asked me to do the day before, no contact. So I just drove by to by to look at a Ridgeline on my own. That is where the experience improved thanks to a young salesman who meet me and even though he was very inexperienced helped me and he got the sale. More
