I believe that the recent snow storm put a huge burden on the service and sales team. I got a car financed this last weekend, but there was some confusion as to when the car would be ready. I was very happy with the fellow who picked me up from the rental service and drove me to the dealership the day the car was ready. When we got there, they couldn't find the key to my car, so I waited for about half an hour before it was located. While the customer service was less than what I would call appropriate, I could see that most of the people I interacted with while there were under a lot of stress. Not many smiles, if any. I worry that productivity might be valued above employee well-being and authentically good customer service. All in all, though, I would come back. Paperwork was handled well and the sales associate who worked with me was super helpful and considerate. More
