I went in for an oil change and a transmission flush. I specifically told the person I spoke to that I would like to have them do what they did before for my transmission. They have done it twice. Howeve specifically told the person I spoke to that I would like to have them do what they did before for my transmission. They have done it twice. However, instead, they only drained and refilled my transmission fluid. Then, they of course found other issues. The woman asked if I would like my brake fluid drained and replaced. After talking to my husband and confirming the price, we agreed. I told her my husband was planning to take care of the brakes and rotors because it has been shaky when I stop. Five minutes later she came out and said the rotors needed rotated. She did not tell me a price, so I assumed it was at no cost. After again talking to my husband, he told me to stop them because there will be a cost. Of course, they had already started. The cost ended up being about $250 for something that I was led to believe would be of no cost. Why confirm some prices to me but not others? I feel completly taken advantage of and am sincerely disappointed and will not be going back. I will advise anyone I speak to not to take their vehicles to Bob Rohrman Honda. More
