We have a serious issue with Bob Rohrman Honda concerning the title for our Honda Fit that we bought on October 18, 2022. Our paper plate that we got at Bob Rohrman Honda expired on 12/02/2022. We kept checking at the post office and no title yet. My husband called Bob Rohrman Honda title department on 12/02/22 and talked to someone who was going to look into the matter. She called back and said that our paperwork and title was still sitting on the financial manager's desk (12/02/22). On Monday my husband called Bob Rohrman Honda again (12/05/22) to check in with the title issue. It seemed like no one wanted to talk to him. Finally he talked with Daniel Aveline on (12/05/22) and he told my husband that the title was not signed by the previous owner. Why were we not contacted earlier about this title issue. We paid cash and did our part completely. We bought a car that should not have been sold because the title was not in proper order. I do believe this is somehow illegal to do. We are not able to drive this car now because we don't have a title and the title is not valid.
