This time we took the Fit in for regular/routine maintenance, and afterward we were getting noise from the back end of the car which got worse over time. I called and talked to a service person about it. He told me that nothing they had done to our car could have caused the noise, strongly suggesting that they were not responsible for it. If we wanted them to look at it we could bring it in. Since the dealership is 30 miles away we decided to go to a closer repair shop for them to check it out. They found that the lug nuts on one of the wheels had not been tightened other than by hand. They tightened them and the car was fine. It has worked great ever since. While we were not at all happy that driving the car with loose lug nuts was a danger, we are more annoyed at the attitude of the service person. He didn't encourage us to come in to get the car checked out. He was more concerned that we know that whatever the problem was, it wasn't their fault. I was also very disappointed that the Rohrman staff were not wearing masks or practicing social distancing. I was at the dealership in late April at the height of the quarantine, but the Rohrman people were oblivious. Final words - I will not return to Rohrman for service or to buy a car in the future. lack of concern for customers I purchased my car new at Rohrman Honda and have had its servicing done there. I have been mostly satisfied with the service especially of late. However, as a senior citizen in the at-risk category for Covid 19 I was disappointed to find that none of the service personnel were wearing masks or practicing social distancing. I regard this as a disregard for your customers. I will have to consider whether ever to return to Rohrman Honda and have shared my concerns with my family. More
