Everything was fine other than I noticed oil or fluid on my steering wheel & steering column after service. I grabbed a napkin, wiped it off. I get home to notice it on my jeans. I loved that they delivered the car to me from Lafayette Overall, my experience was good. I loved my sales person, Chuck. I was on Car Guru for a long time looking for a Honda CRV, got my own financing and t Overall, my experience was good. I loved my sales person, Chuck. I was on Car Guru for a long time looking for a Honda CRV, got my own financing and they delivered the car to me from Lafayette IN. The only bad experience was in Finance. I asked for info on Gap insurance(get it from your car insurance, not the dealer) and the extended warranty, the guy (Bobby) just threw numbers at me and told me how much more my payment was going to be; he did not give me all purchase options. You can buy the extended warranty instead of getting it financed. He definitely made me feel he was all about how much money he could make off me and he told me I could not purchase the warranty after I bought the car, which is incorrect. I shut him down quick by asking questions, being knowledgeable and verifying his answers. I did not feel "wheeled and dealed" with because I bought the car entirely online and had my own financing. Stay away from the slimey finance guys and you will be fine and trust Car Guru. More
