No need. I don't trust that anything would change. I also outlined above exactly what happened. There are no additional details to provide. Your team has obviously been trained to recommend to women, additional services that are not necessary, in an attempt to scam them. Your mechanics have also been trained to remove parts without the express permission of the customer. Your staff has also been trained to claim that new parts take 2+ weeks to arrive, but then when pressed, miraculously the part can be overnighted. Your staff has no respect for a customer's time, the distance they travel to get to the closest Hyundai dealership, the amount of gas they spend, and for that matter their intelligence. I'm just grateful that I no longer live in Indiana.
