I have been a KIA customer for 10 years. I have purchased or leased Sorento's from “Huge” in Cape Coral Florida as well as Galania KIA in Foyt Myers. My experience at Rohrman has been except I have purchased or leased Sorento's from “Huge” in Cape Coral Florida as well as Galania KIA in Foyt Myers. My experience at Rohrman has been exceptional. Personal service and follow up by Jim Fetzer in sales was excellent. Jim’s knowledge with showing and demonstrating the components of the Sorento was great. The staff was friendly but I don't think I was given the best deal, they didn't show me around the dealership, where service dept was, etc. They was a couple of marks on the back of the brand new vehicle & best deal, they didn't show me around the dealership, where service dept was, etc. They was a couple of marks on the back of the brand new vehicle & bribe me to fix it if I would give a good review & before I looked at the finished job (which was crappy) & the salesperson did vacuum the car & took it thur the car wash but then she again tried to bribe me for a good review she would see about filling up my gas tank, I declined.
