Service was just okay. Car wasn't ready when I requested it to be. Received a text to reach out if I had any concerns. Only time I reached out via text was to see if my veh Car wasn't ready when I requested it to be. Received a text to reach out if I had any concerns. Only time I reached out via text was to see if my vehicle was finished only to find the text does not go to him directly. Had to wait an 90 minutes after I arrived for my vehicle. Returning home and coming back again would have been another 100 miles round trip. Highly dislike your texting system. May not use this dealership again for service. Especially after spending 1200.00 on maintenance work. About time for me to trade to a new vehicle but may look at another dealership or even product. My service advisor did try to make it right but the Rohrman's are ALL about that mighty $$$ More
