Did not have complaint about service on my car. I do have big complaint about trouble even getting into your property in Lafayette. After signing and paying for the car, we noticed the one side of car's bumper was falling off. We expressed our desire to get this taken care of before taking off but the dealer just told us that they can't side of car's bumper was falling off. Went in to find out how much equity my car was worth. I was there for an hour and a half, and NEVER found out the worth of my car. Was wanting to test drive cars during my wait, they kept on bringing up th was there for an hour and a half, and NEVER found out the worth of my car. Was wanting to test drive cars during my wait, they kept on bringing up the wrong vehicles. That happened 3 times. I wanted to drive a Honda CR-V, they brought up a Jeep Patriot. Then I was told I could drive a Kia Soul. They brought up a Kia Optima. I can’t even remember the last one. The staff was incredibly unprofessional, and obviously did not listen to a word I was saying. Probably bc the music was way too loud. It was just very disappointing. If you want good service, go over to the BR Honda, and ask for Chuck! He had an estimate in minutes, and was very professional!!! More
