First the positive: Service was completed in a reasonable time period. Brittany was effecient and the text for communication appreciated. Only a single facility so people constantly hitting a locked door because it was always in use. Thankfully, there was spray so when they left they didn't leave an odor. Brand new car and the horn was not installed. Have to wait a few weeks to have it come in, so that is frustrating. More
