I've met quite a few salesmen and women for a vast array of products in my life, but Joanna was by far the best I've ever had the pleasure of doing bu I've met quite a few salesmen and women for a vast array of products in my life, but Joanna was by far the best I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I emailed ahead of time to let them know I wanted to look at the beautiful F150 in the corner of their lot. She promptly called to let me know they would have it ready and waiting for me to see. Right from my entrance into the building Joanna was that perfect blend of professional and charismatic. She erased any and all preconceived notions that I had had in regards to car salesmen. She listened to my likes, dislikes and concerns throughout the process, never pressuring me. She never tried to trick me and only told me the facts, if she wasn't 100% sure about something she was open and honest about it. During the test drive she did a great job of showing me all the great features of the truck while still listening to what I didn't love. Not only is she a great saleswomen, but also a fabulous person. In the end I was able to leave confident that not only had I gotten a great deal, but a beautiful new truck and a salesperson that I trust and even someone that I would consider a friend.
