We worked with Joel on what we found out was his very first day! We were greeted immediately after walking into the dealership by Joel. This speaks very highly of him, especially given we spent 5 hours prior at other dealership looking at vehicles. Chris was very friendly and even though there were some problems, he made the problems easier to take. The things that went wrong were simply beyond his control.
