My personal salesperson was terrific! He understood my needs, was personable and not pushy. I really enjoyed him. The closing on the car was mediocre at best. It took over an hour to even greet me and then took 30 more minutes to "get my papers together". I was told the night before that it would be ready to go in the morning and take 45 min tops. Several mistakes were made on the document that had to be corrected (personal info, lender, terms). Was there almost 3 hours just for paperwork. Great salesman, finance department could use some polishing. More

Update 6-12-2025 I guess Rohrman Cares helpline really does not care. Too bad as I have called into the Rohrman Cares Helpline 4 times and each time the call center agent says they have reported my call t does not care. Too bad as I have called into the Rohrman Cares Helpline 4 times and each time the call center agent says they have reported my call to their boss and I am not sure why I have not been contacted. And acts annoyed that I have called again. As you can see in their reviews they want you to call in the Rohrman Cares helpline so they can open a case and help you. I also have left a message on their website for Rohrman Cares to contact me and nobody has ever tried to contact me. My issue was not that big of a deal but shows me that if you purchase a vehicle from them and have a worse problem good luck one they get your money your out of luck for any assistance with an issue Updated 3-28-2025 Updating my review 4 months later, My vehicle I purchased was a 2025 Santa Fe Calligraphy model that had an MSRP of over $50,000 and had a trim piece on the front passenger door that had scratch on it and I would not of bought it in that condition but the salesman said not to worry they he would order a new trim piece for it. Ok so here we are today and finally got the trim piece in it was the wrong part no big deal just order the right one but when it came in and was there to have it installed I was also told I would have to pay for the labor to install the trim piece. I asked why I should pay anything since this was damaged before purchase and how they could justify this and would not give me an answer...? Wow such a petty thing to lose a customer over. Purchased a new 2025 Santa Fe from here had a very good experience overall my salesman Trevor was very easy to work with and did a good job, Would use this dealer and salesman again if in the market for another new car. Absolutely a terrific dealership. They assisted me in getting a long sought after fully loaded Genesis G80 and gave me a terrific deal on it. There was no outrageous haggling needed. I drove 3 hours to the dealership because they had the best deal within a 200 mile radius. And honestly, I would do it again. More
