Our experience was not really pleasant. I filled out the information required for our trade in. I called and explained that I was a two hour drive away and wanted to make sure my trade in value was close to information required for our trade in. I called and explained that I was a two hour drive away and wanted to make sure my trade in value was close to what I needed to make a deal. I was informed that my trade had to be seen but it would be between $3000 and $4000. Once there I was informed my trade looked good and was told $2,500. My wife and I were told that salesman would tell possible clients anything to get you in the door. We did end up purchasing the car but it took a great deal of bargaining. We got there at 4:00 and left at 8:00. More
