I went for 15K service as part of Hyundai free service. It took the person 20 min to finally agree that the service is free since It's part of Hyundai free service. After they came and told me it's ready, It took the person 20 min to finally agree that the service is free since It's part of Hyundai free service. After they came and told me it's ready, I went to my car and found the seat protection plastics and the matt protection paper that they used was still in the car. I had to take them out and find trash can to discard them. After left the dealership and on the way home, my car give me an alert that its way over due for service which tells me that they did not even reset the setting and the blue link for the new service they did. This dealership used to be very good and now all they care for is money and customer service dose not mean much. I also had issues with the ISG on my car which is part of the warranty. The service person told me that I have to pay $140 for them to find what causes the issue. While in waiting area, I called Hyundai USA and the lady at Hyundai USA told me it's indeed part of the warranty and she recommended for me to take it to another dealership. I went back and even talked to service Manager about it and he said the same thing, $140 you have to pay for us to look at it and at that point I decided to just get the service and follow up more with Hyundai USA. I hope Hyundai fixes this dealership. Rest in peace Bob Your place is not running well. More
