My first visit with a new GMC 2025 Yukon. Everyone that I came into contact in the service center greeted me with warm hospitality. The trip seemed to take just.a little longer than anticipated for an oil change and tire rotation, but the waiting area had very comfortable seating and amenities I would expect. Terrific. I will be returning on a regular basis for routine maintenance. Great team. Randy(?) in parts was also of great help in guiding me through the right floor mats for this new Yukon. Finally, I was impressed that Lee Highsmith noticed me from working together previously. Nice to be greeted in such a kind manner. More

my car is under warranty i brought it in for an engine light. It was kept for a full day and resolved. I paid for an oil change. They did not fill up my wiper fluid. I was told at pick up they found an oi light. It was kept for a full day and resolved. I paid for an oil change. They did not fill up my wiper fluid. I was told at pick up they found an oil leak and ordered parts and would call me when they come in and set me up with a loaner car as they would need my car for several days. They never called and when i called back Tony wanted to argue and talk over top of me about the loaner. Get it scheduled. loaner was not ready. Mentioned again they needed to fill my wiper fluid. Said my car would be done in 2 days. 7 days later it was done. picked it up still no wiper fluid More
