My family and I have been buying vehicles from Bob Ross for a while. I believe it's 13 now. The salesman we have purchased from is top notch, the best there is. I probably won't visit any other dealer in the near future, I was disappointed that when buying a rather expensive truck, that the dealership didn't offer any free oil changes. The only free service I got, was from GM. I've purchased vehicles from Bob Ross before, and gotten at least one free service from the dealership, if not more. This won't change where I buy, but was disappointed. More

When I didn't respond within a short period of time to their text with my results, they followed it up with a call. I never saw the "approved" button even though I thought I had responded. This system is really convenient, as I didn't arrive to pick up my car to find out it needed new wipers. Even though it is a minor detail as they weren't at a critical stage, it tells my that if they take small things seriously, they will help guide me if there is ever something major going on.
