Salesman was lacking good sales practices. Didn’t listen well to what customer was trying to say. Focused on trying to sell floor model before end of month tally. Told me to give him all tens on rating him because he really needed them. Left me sitting alone for long periods of time. Was trying to take care of 2 customers at the same time. Left me sitting alone in the car for about 25 minutes. Told me to get On Star installed while he was gone. Luckily, I got the nicest On Star representative who completed the install and stayed on line just talking to me while I’m sitting alone waiting for my salesman to come back. We had a great time talking and she’s like my new good friend. Finally he sent a younger man in to help me. When he finally came back he couldn’t set the automatic seat controls. I had to show him how to set the buttons. I came back in the next morning to get items I had failed to take out of my car. He spotted me right away and was trying hard to do better. Told him I had to be home soon and after a drive with maintenance manager I couldn’t find him. He had told me he would come to my house at 7:00 after work to finish showing me the different systems but he never showed up. Don’t want anymore help. Don’t want him to know about what I wrote. He knows my home address. From first meeting with Emma and finance person and about 6 hours with Richardo, I was at your dealership for over 7 hours. That is too long! More
