I didnt know that it was going to take as long as it did Receive bill and it said that I declined a service and Joe never asked me about it, I called him about it and he then told me what it was. My experience was good up until the point when I signed the paperwork. The vehicle needed to be detailed, so I planned to come back that evening to pick it up. There were several seat stains and a seat belt that I specifically asked to be cleaned, but when I picked it up, it didn't look any better (I'm not sure if they tried). When I complained the service tech said he would talk with his manager and get back to me. That never happened even after several follow ups with my sales rep, Ricardo Rutledge. It's been a few weeks now, and I still haven't heard back from anyone. More
