I would definitely purchase a car here again! I did a lot of research on the GMC Terrain and visited several dealers in the area but did not make a purchase. I decided to go to Bob Ross Buick because of an internet search for the car I was looking for. My salesman Nathan Pence was great. He greeted me like a long lost friend and was knowledgeable about the car I was looking at. Unfortunately, the SLT model was a little more than I wanted to spend but Nathan listened to what I wanted and didn't want. He paid attention to every little detail I mentioned and did his best to get me the car I wanted at a price I could afford. He was great! The lady that explained my financing was professional and nice, her name was Kathleen. And when I came to pick up my car Nathan had it washed and shiny and he patiently sat with me and went over all the features to make sure I understood them. He even set up the On Star! This is only the 2nd car I have purchased brand new and had it not been for the kindness and the knowledge Nathan displayed I might have walked away like I did at the other local dealers. I will definitely go back when I am in the market for another car. In fact, I was so pleased I have been trying to get my husband to go buy a truck from Nathan, not to mention I have given his name to several people at the church I attend! The dealership has really nice employees and everyone was so pleasant. Yeah, I know they were trying to make a sale but it still felt like they wanted to make me happy and keep me coming back. I am totally impressed with Bob Ross and their employees and will give them future business. More
