When I didn't respond within a short period of time to their text with my results, they followed it up with a call. I never saw the "approved" button even though I thought I had responded. This system is really convenient, as I didn't arrive to pick up my car to find out it needed new wipers. Even though it is a minor detail as they weren't at a critical stage, it tells my that if they take small things seriously, they will help guide me if there is ever something major going on. I hope I never find out I'm right about that! Thank you for all you do - I appreciate it so much! More
