A refreshing change from typical car buying I was in the Harrisburg area for work this week. I had been researching a certain vehicle for nearly a month and found one online at Bob Ruth Ford. Sh I was in the Harrisburg area for work this week. I had been researching a certain vehicle for nearly a month and found one online at Bob Ruth Ford. Showed up at the lot and met Dave Staats. We immediately had some things to talk about as he is a retired police officer and I just took my exam. Dave was exactly what I look for when looking for a vehicle, but unfortunately hadn't found prior to Dave. Dave was personable, knowledgeable and an all-around pleasure to deal with. And that was just his personality. His work ethic and attention to the customer's needs is second to none. Dave easy to negotiate with and gave honest answers when talking. He went above and beyond what I expect when it comes to communication; he knew I was at a conference and was able to text me rather than call. Dave did all the necessary research and processing on his own. After we agreed that I wanted the car, Dave was off and running. Had everything ready when I arrived to pick the car up and even offered to keep an eye out for a specific car that my girlfriend is looking for. I live in the Pittsburgh area, and if Dave finds the car for her, I won't hesitate to make the drive back out that way to deal with him again. Couldn't be more happy with my experience. Keep up the great work Dave, and I will see you again soon. More

Great place to buy a car Monica Penny helped us find the best bank to finance our vehicle. She was so friendly and knowledgable about the different financing options and banks Monica Penny helped us find the best bank to finance our vehicle. She was so friendly and knowledgable about the different financing options and banks, it made the process that much easier. She evn provided an extended bumper to bumper warranty for any mishaps beyond the factory coverage. I will definitely recommend Bob Ruth to anyone who wants to buy a car. The staff was extremely friendly and answered all of our questions. George was our salesperson. He was honest, which we appreciated, He provided helpful information about what to do with our trade-in vehicle. It didn't hurt that he and my husband could discuss hunting and the outdoors. A GREAT Car buying experience overall! There were so many vehicles to choose from, but we didn't feel pressured or rushed to buy a car. My kids are loving traveling in the "Toyota Swagger Wagon" thanks to George and Monica! More
