If I could give this dealership no stars at all I would Ryan the manager over the entire dealership was very rude when I called to tell him why I would never come to that dealership again. Update:. While still not pleased with a lot of my past two days, at least the manager made it right. First went in for servicing and they identified a bunch of problems. (Possible). Had to come back next day for "repairs" with a quote a bit over $1500. Was staying because supposed to be 4 hours.then told after 5 hours it would be longer. Gave me a loaner for rest of afternoon. Two and a half hours later it was ready. Went in and the price was $600+more than quote. Manager reduced it to quote which is all I asked. More
This was my first time working with Dale Willey Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I was interested in purchasing a 2018 Ram 1500 Laramie Ecodiesel and inquired on Saturday as to the price on their website as a Blac Dodge Jeep Ram. I was interested in purchasing a 2018 Ram 1500 Laramie Ecodiesel and inquired on Saturday as to the price on their website as a Black Friday price was listed. I received a prompt response from the Internet Manager, Doug Spencer, who shared the price with me. Later that day, I received an email from Ryan Pfannenstiel, their GM, to let me know that he would honor the Black Friday price the next week. We continued to email about the out-the-door price. Due to COVID, I wanted to complete as much of the process virtually. On Monday, I made an appointment to test drive the truck. I was told by Ryan to ask for Brice Ackerman, the Sales Manager. When I arrived at the dealership, I was told that Brice wouldn’t be helping me, but that Sarah would. While I took the truck for a test drive, the dealership assessed my trade. When I came back, I told Sarah that I needed to review their offer with my wife. Sarah and I began to text back and forth the next day to negotiate the offer for the trade. Correspondence was frequent until later in the day. Before noon, I sent my offer and it was understood that if it were accepted, I would be buying that truck. A couple of hours went by, so I reached out to Sarah again. About 30 minutes later, she responded that the truck had been sold. I was in utter shock. At no point did they ask for a deposit to hold the vehicle. The dealership knew I was serious about purchasing the truck and made no effort to let me know that someone else was interested. Per the Autocheck, the truck had been on the lot for 3 months. So, despite Sarah’s assertion that it was a “highly desired truck,” it wasn’t too desirable. To date, nobody except for Sarah has offered an apology for this incredible lack of salesmanship and respect. In fact, Ryan Pfannenstiel, the GM, has texted me as if nothing happened still trying to sell me a truck, knowing full well what happened and that I was not interested in any other truck. Think twice before shopping at any Dale Willey dealership as this could be a culture issue. More

Shortly after taking my Jeep to this dealership for service we noticed a cabin filter access door on the floor. They had broken the hinges and not replaced it. Incomplete and frustrated Briggs auto Lawrence KS My 2016 Dodge Ram was at the body shop and the service shop , in the beginning they would not call or return emails , after several trips to the shop My 2016 Dodge Ram was at the body shop and the service shop , in the beginning they would not call or return emails , after several trips to the shop and a phone call to them on Thursday March 21 I was told That my truck would be done on Friday March 22 , On Friday I go in to get my truck and they told me it would now be Monday morning , on Monday I go in again because I had heard nothing from them and then they tell me Tuesday morning , Tuesday morning they call me and then tell me it would be ready at 3 pm Tuesday . After going to the shop and not even getting out of the parking lot I realize the truck has a real bad steering issue that it never had before so I walk back in and tell them about it and then we go to the service manager and he claims it was like that when he received it on Friday , The truck drove fine when I took it in to them 10 days prior . So when I asked the service manager why he did not inform anyone of that he simply acted as if he didn’t care , I am amazed that someone would claim they are aware of a serious problem with someone’s vechicle but decide not to tell anyone about . To understand how bad the steering problem is imagine putting your truck on dry pavement and engage the 4 wheel drive and turn in a circle . The manager of the service Dept is john from what I understand he use to work for the dodge dealer in Ottawa Ks . More
