I checked with other dealers in metro area and some were very pushy and one dealer in east lee's summit did not even approach me. We have been buying FORD vehicles since 1994 and from Bob Sight Ford since 2005. We have experienced other good dealers but Bob Sight Ford has been the best. The work that I have done seems to be done well and the price seems to be relative; I've had work done at other garages for less and the quality seems as good. My only complaint is that I had an extended warranty with my F 150 and had work done that was covered and it cost me the full replacement cost when the sevice department should have pulled up my VIN number and correllated it to the extended warranty and the work to be done; thus costing me only the deductable and not the full amount. More
