Great help in resolving tailgate closing issue on our 2008 Expedition. The gate wants to close on its own, unexpectedly, when opened. I took my 2008 F350 Diesel to Bob Sight Ford for a factory recall and a leaking radiator. Service Advisor Patrick Fase was very professional and kept me advised throughout the process. They had the new radiator in stock and installed it the same day. I had my truck back by the end of the day and the factory recall was also performed.
