The service writer was friendly and knowledgeable. Work started swiftly and I was advised of it's progress several times. When unexpected problems were discovered, I was notified immediately and an accurat started swiftly and I was advised of it's progress several times. I was pleased to notice that no pressure was applied suggesting that I accept the most expensive option. Once I decided, the work was completed on time. During the repair process,I asked them to install an accessory and they convinced me that I didn't need it. I was impressed by their professionalism.
