I took my 2008 F350 Diesel to Bob Sight Ford for a factory recall and a leaking radiator. Service Advisor Patrick Fase was very professional and kept me advised throughout the process. They had the new radiator in stock and installed it the same day. I had my truck back by the end of the day and the factory recall was also performed. We had a great new car buying experience. Our salesperson, Gene Hill, searched for days to find just the right car to meet the requests and price that we were looking for. At one point, I though salesperson, Gene Hill, searched for days to find just the right car to meet the requests and price that we were looking for. At one point, I thought we might not find one anywhere near, but Gene persevered and found one that fit the criteria perfectly. He had it waiting right in front when we arrived and took us through everything step by step making sure we were familiar with all the features on our new Fusion. Then, he introduced us to the service department manaager and told us how that departnent was available for future needs. He followed up with us after the purchase to be sure that the car was everything we wanted and it definitely is. We are very happy with our purchase and the experience. We feel we also made a friend in Gene Hill. More

Great help in resolving tailgate closing issue on our 2008 Expedition. The gate wants to close on its own, unexpectedly, when opened. Troy helped me to arrange to have Ford replace the struts a second 2008 Expedition. The gate wants to close on its own, unexpectedly, when opened.
