Chad Richwine and his staff have cared for us for quite some time now. They service 4 different Super Duty trucks for us and sometimes under special circumstances. They go the extra mile and routinely go out of their way to be sure we get exactly what we need. Matt, Tommy, Glenn, Wes, Troy or Brian all do a great job. Thank you, fellas.

"Great Service"

Recently my wife and I were visiting family in Lees Summit . As we were ready to head back to Florida, our car began making grinding noises and we were having trouble with our brakes. We decided to postpone our return trip and took the car in to Bob Sight's service department. What a great experience! With no appointment I took the car in first thing Monday morning, I was immediately helped by Tommie Neet who assured me the car would be taken care of. He knew exactly what the problem was and told me he would call and let me know the progress. In record time he called and informed me of what the car needed and what the cost would be. We were expecting to be without the car for more than a day, but in a few hours he called and said the car was ready. The next morning we were able to continue on our trip. Tommie was really great! I would recommend him and the entire department to anyone in need of service. Thank you for all of your help.

"Check engine light"

Over priced as can be. Wife took her car in to get checked. Turns out it was a error code p305...misfire #5. 500 bucks for 1 spark plug and a 60 dollar coil pack. You lost my business! Will never buy anything from this dealership again

This service department, and in particular Troy Shatto, always provides great customer service. I'm always kept informed of service needed, estimated cost, progress made as well as timing for completion. But even more important to me, I have total confidence that I receive the service my car needs without unnecessary additions. "Dead battery!"

I came in late in the day with a dead battery. Literally I had to jump my car to bring it in and could not turn it off once arriving or the battery would have required another jump. Glenn got me in late on August 31st before the three day holiday weekend and was able to get me back on the road even with a complicated new battery install. Thanks all! I’m a fan of the Bob Sight crew!
