I had an extremely disappointing experience at the MINI dealership in Calabasas. They quoted me over $2,600 for a service that my trusted local mechanic completed for only $800—a massive and unjustifiable dealership in Calabasas. They quoted me over $2,600 for a service that my trusted local mechanic completed for only $800—a massive and unjustifiable difference. I was shocked by the inflated pricing and felt it was completely dishonest. It’s hard not to feel taken advantage of when the cost discrepancy is that extreme. I strongly urge others to get a second opinion before agreeing to any service here. Transparency and integrity are clearly lacking. Very unfortunate experience. More
