It wasn't only the fact that we loved the mini, it was the kind and welcoming demeanor of the sales representative Jacinda Olivas and her manager Christopher Conway. My daughter was actually on her way to catch a flight to NYC when we stopped in, and they both went over an above to finalize the sale and send us on our way. Jacinda was in constant communication during the financing and sales contract process, she always made herself available to answer ALL the questions. I loved the car so much that 2 weeks later I decided to also purchase a mini. Again the sales associate Jacinda, who always has a smile helped me with my purchase.
