I've been coming to Bob Smith for service for years and they have been consistently great. The instances with breakdowns (i.e. service taking much longer, unfriendly cashier staff) are way in the past and they have been consistently great. The instances with breakdowns (i.e. service taking much longer, unfriendly cashier staff) are way in the past and since they built out that new reception area, seems like they're working like a well-oiled machine. The service was free (Toyota Care, which is included in my still almost new car), but the rep still searched for the best deal for me. I received regular updates and they seem to truly care. More
