Janine told me she had 4 vehicles in stock.. two were white.. the color we did not want..and two silvers.. we felt they were pushing for us to take the while color.. we specifically said NO WHITE and we felt they were trying to change our mind so we could take it off their hands... we had a trade in that was banged up.. she asked for the story and jokingly called my brother RETARTED... we left because we did not like the prices we were given and not willing to work with us...and after the insult.. my brother no longer wished to continue dealing with her... we went to COURTESY CHEVROLET and there we were greeted with a sales person who we felt completely honest and not pushy at all.. we almost felt he was on OUR side and not out to make the sale.. when they saw they did laugh... but did not follow with insults.. they kindly asked what had happened.. the whole experience at COURTESY was great!!
