It should be called Bob likes to STEAL I go there on wednesday speak withTj about a used 2016 chevy spark, I explain the deal is for my Uncle so we talk numbers Tj states on a 5 year note 1 I go there on wednesday speak withTj about a used 2016 chevy spark, I explain the deal is for my Uncle so we talk numbers Tj states on a 5 year note 190.00- 200.00 on a six year 170.00-180.00 so we are in agreement , tj was off Thursday soI tell him we will be In Friday to pick up the car, thats where the nightmare began, tj goes to his Boss Matt Hall and we sit there for an hour waiting for Hall to make a decision, he comes back he is 40.00 a month over on the 5 year note, so we haggle back and forth so after waiting another hour for hall to make a decision, he comes back an states I can get it to 200.00 but you have to take a seven year note, by that time the car is junk, my uncle is 85 years old and on a fixed income and unable to afford the high payments and the terms they wanted to force us to accept. All I can say is Matt Hall is a greedy blood sucking parasite who only cares about emptying an old mans wallet. Matt Hall shame on you for lying to us and trying to cheat my 85 year old uncle I would like to add Tj and Sam the salespeople were very good in terms of service.Matt Hall thanks for lying and wasting our time. Never Again After have such a pleasant experience with a previous experience at Bob Steele, we went in with the intent to purchase a used vehicle. After shopping After have such a pleasant experience with a previous experience at Bob Steele, we went in with the intent to purchase a used vehicle. After shopping online we knew which vehicles we wanted to look at. Upon arriving at the Cocoa site we were told used cars are at 2 other sites not at the main site in Cocoa. We decided to look at new cars while we were there. The salesman was stiff yet friendly, and helpful but not very knowledgeable about the line up. Still we decided on the vehicles we wanted. We chose 2 vehicles and sat down to negotiate a price. We sat there waited 30-45 minutes for the sales man to return with the exact number the cars were advertised for online and told us the online prices were put up incorrectly and that they were actually losing money by selling them at that price. So we asked for a better deal and he wanted us to sign that if he got to our price we would buy. After telling him we would not single went back to his manager. That is when we decided to walk out. As we were leaving the salesman and his manager proceeded to confront us shoving a paper with their "dealer cost at us" trying to make us believe that both cars were listed so low they would lose over $10k by selling them at the internet price. The salesman even told us we wasted his time he took to show us all of the cars. The confrontation was loud and it ended with the manager telling us to try to negotiate with another dealership. We did and we purchased 2 new cars. My advice: don't assume your customers are not knowledgable and if your internet prices are killing you check them before you post them. More
I contacted the dealership thru the internet. My contact was Tyler and he promptly provided me with all information in reference to the vehicle I wanted to purchase. I told Tyler when I could come over and was Tyler and he promptly provided me with all information in reference to the vehicle I wanted to purchase. I told Tyler when I could come over and test drive and look at the car, I was impressed that he said I will have it pulled up for you ready to go, that was two days before I was able to get there. Tyler stayed in contact with me, I called him when I was on my way there. I arrived and the Tyler immediately WOW' d me from the start, he was professional, courteous, etc. He knows his product knowledge and took me thru the process there, I was completely satisfied from start to finish, and I will say this for the staff there, Excellent!!!! They were just as friendly and helping as Tyler was. Bob Steele thank you for the excellent experience..in and out in a couple of hours without stress...speaks volumes in my book. Dana Neal More
