The way car buying should be I came to Bob Steele last Tuesday for an Oil change on my 2014 Suburban. And while I was waiting I started walking around looking at new cars. I was approached by a friendly Knowledgeable salesman named Jason. He was more than willing to help me look around at all the new inventory. Even though I Made it very clear to Jason there was absolutely no way I would consider buying a car that day. I was shocked that he was still willing to walk me around and show me the ins and outs of all the new vehicles in their equipment. It made my service appointment more enjoyable than I’ve ever had before. I do know that whenever I am ready to purchase a vehicle. I will look him up and see what kind of deal he can actually do. And would totally recommend him to anyone of my friends or family! More

Body Shop I had taken my 2010 chevy camaro SS to these clowns because the last company that tried to repair my car couldnt seem to get it right. After the 3rd t I had taken my 2010 chevy camaro SS to these clowns because the last company that tried to repair my car couldnt seem to get it right. After the 3rd time I figured I would take it to an actual chevy dealership to get it done right. My car was in an accident with a garbage truck. My insurance was paying for it. The first time I took my car to this body shop at Bob Steele my adjuster gave me the ok. The body shop told me to bring it in on thursday which i did, they didnt touch my car thursday, or friday. When I called them they said they havent started on it yet. Well, since i was renting a car i went back to the dealership and demanded my car back because they dont work weekends and i didnt want to pay for the rental over the weekend since my car was just sitting there. When i got there it was still sitting in the same spot it was when i left it there. I told them i would bring it back on monday morning. Monday rolled around and i took my car there before they even opened. The bodyshop girl named katie told me that they couldn't reach geico concerning my car so they wouldn't be able to take it at that time. I was upset to say the least, I called my adjuster and she told me that katie was suppose to call me to set up a new appointment. Well, she never called so I called her. She told me that her next available appointment was not for another month. What could I do.... I said ok. My appointment finally rolled around and I took my car there. I left it there and was told it would take about a week to do. After a week went by I called them and they said they were working on it. Then about half way into the following week I called them and asked what was going on. Katie told me that they fixed my front nose cone, they where removing the orange peel, and also said was reattaching my spoiler because it was falling off. I then asked her what about the side marker light they were supposed to replace. She said it was on order and they haven't received it yet. After I got off the phone with her I called the parts department at the same dealership and asked if they had the side marker light in stock. The parts guy said yes. I asked him how long it has been in stock and he said for a long time. So she flat out lied to me about it. I was pissed so I went to the dealership to retrieve my car done or not. Come to find out that they did nothing to the car..... Ive been renting for a week and half and they have done zero to my car. These people are liars and frauds. Im not done with them yet. Complete customer dissatisfaction at its highest. More
