texastoni1115, we’re sorry to hear that you’re frustrated regarding the diagnosis that your vehicle needs new cylinder heads at 90k miles and that there is not sufficient documentation of service history for the warranty company to pick up the claim. We understand that Larry and Hunter from our management team have since been in contact with your husband regarding our efforts to engage Ford corporate to assist with goodwill. After our engagement, Ford did offer to assist with the expense, to which you all declined the assistance.
