Terrible , worst experience ever. Never ever will I buy anything from Bob Tomes or Ford ever again. Bob Tomes himself doesn’t have any pull or say so with Ford Customer Service . I got that info directly from the service manager. It’s Fords Customer Service that really made my mind up to NEVER buy another Ford product. Bob Tomes service and Daniel Suarez are the reason I’ll never buy anything from a Tomes dealership ever again….. Sorry Brandon. My advice….. stay away. They dropped the ball repeatedly, Daniel Suarez had no clue how to return a phone call and the service dept can’t repair your truck even when you give 7-8 attempts to do and you still can’t drive more than 5 miles down the road without immediately turning around and taking it back. I’m sure they call and ask me to take this review down because it “ hurts them financially “ Cody , Chase and Daniel know who I am…. We’ll not Daniel - he doesn’t return phone calls, he’s a xxxxx!
